HHF Gazebo Harmon Hill Farm, located in Zone 5 in southern New Hampshire, is operated by Carl and Marlene Harmon. We've been growing daylilies since 1998 and display over 4,500 cultivars and our price list contains over 2,000 cultivars. While we are well known for our large selection of modern northern and Region 4 hybridizers' introductions we also carry a fair amount of southern intros that have turned out to be hardy here in NH.

Don't miss our Photo Gallery page. You'll find over 1,800 photos of the 2,000+ daylilies we have for sale grouped alphabetically.

Update for 2023

Starting Wednesday, July 5th, we will be open Wednesday- Sunday from 10am - 4pm. We will maintain our regular open hours Wednesday - Sunday through Friday, August 11th and then we will revert back to "by chance and by appointment". Due to warm spring conditions, we are expecting peak bloom to happen about a week earlier than normal in mid-July.

Please note: We have 2 private events in the garden this summer and will be closing early on those two days. On Sunday, July 23rd and Saturday, July 29th, we will only be open 9am-12pm so that we may enjoy the time with our family and friends.

It's still advisable to call or text (603) 880-6228 or email before coming to make sure we are here. There are only 2 of us working. If you know what you would like before coming, please let us know and we can have it ready for you. We accept cash and checks only.

Over the past few years, we have made some effort to reduce our total number of daylily varieties by not purchasing a lot of new plants we always used to do and by being willing to sell the last plant of older and sometimes lesser performing plants. But as we are true daylily addicts, we cannot resist and are very thankful for the many gifts and trades we receive of high performing plants from our many wonderful, valued daylily friends across the US and in Canada. The joy of seeing new plants bloom and perform well here is what keeps us going and putting in all the hard work. Between the generosity of Cameron Stern and the NEDS fall auction we brought in around 45 new varieties of Judy Davisson's outstanding plants to the garden. Four or five of the very best new scapes were on 2 or 3 year old plants last year from my good friends and fabulous hybridizers Mike Derrow out of West Virginia and Don Church of Maine. Too many people to properly list but the likes of Bill Chambers, Bryan Culver, Dave Mussar, Bill Waldrop, Charles and Heidi Douglas, Paul Owen, Dan Robarts, Janice Kennedy, Ramona Titus, Harold and Leila Cross and many others have been great friends and contributors of wonderful plant material to HHF. As part of the NEDS auction plants program and Karol's generosity, we will be growing close to 30 new wonderful plants of Karol Emmerich on display for 2 years and for a future NEDS sale. Our biggest shout out goes to Cyril and Mary Weller out of NY who have shared so many of their wonderful plants with HHF over the past 3 years or so. Dave and Reglindis Emerson formerly from NH and after many years in Minnesota Siberia have returned to the NH area and his large collection of named intros and hundreds of select seedlings spent their first winter here vacationing in NH,there is a chance that we will be seeing his collection and seedlings bloom here this year as well.

Our irisess bloom from May 10th to the first week of June. We have about 25 or more Liliums varieties and have many potted Liliums for sale, including a decent quantity of two of the most sought after Liliums here Carbonero and Viva La Vida. Our Iris and Lilium Display plants are now well over 200 varieties of each and somewhere around 80 varieties of Hosta are also on display here. Our Hosta selections for sale have dropped off but we do have 4 new varieties we brought in in 2021 still available and hope to get a few more. A new 50 plant Hosta display bed was planted in the fall of 2020 at the entrance to the garden where the pavement changes to a dirt road and this Hosta Display should really start to come on here in 2023.

We ship to the US and Canada and also hand-carry plants and orders every year to Toronto at the CAN-AM Meeting, normally held the first weekend in May. We are proud to have been selected by Mike Maher, Dan Matzek, Mike Huben and Bob Sobek to release their new and previous introductions. We have also been selected by Lori-Ann Jones to sell her previous introductions. Lori still handles the sales of her newest intros at Knoll Cottage Daylilies.

We are primarily a field grown daylily nursery and dig on demand. We are now offering some daylilies in pots and we will continue to increase the number of daylilies available in pots.

While we have a rather large price list, there are a great many other daylilies that are available as well. If you do not see a plant you are looking for, send us an email or give us a call to check on availability. We are often able to help our customers find a source if we are sold out or do not happen to grow the daylily they are looking for.
